Five steps, and what you are holding at the end of each.

The order never changes, and neither does the price once the scope is signed. This is the whole of it.

  1. Consultation

A conversation about how the business runs today.

We go through the work as it actually happens: where an inquiry arrives, who prices it, what gets written down, and what only exists in someone's head.

If a system is not worth building for you, that is what you will be told. Free, and there is nothing to sign.

You end up with: An honest answer on whether to build at all.

  2. Written scope

A fixed price and a written definition of done.

Every screen, every rule, and every thing the system will not do, written down before a line of code exists.

The price covers everything in that document. Anything added later is scoped and priced on its own, so the number never moves quietly.

You end up with: A scope document and a fixed quotation.

  3. Build with checkpoints

Working software you can open, at agreed dates.

Progress arrives as something you can click, not a status report. You use it, say what is wrong, and it is corrected while it is still cheap to correct.

Payments follow those checkpoints, so what you have paid for is always something you have seen.

You end up with: A running system at every checkpoint.

  4. Handover

    The system becomes yours, completely.

Source code, hosting, database, and every account transferred into your name. Documentation for how it works, and training for the people who will use it.

Nothing is held back as leverage. You can hire anyone to continue the work, including someone who is not us.

You end up with: Code, accounts, documentation, and training, in your name.

  5. Support

    Optional, and priced separately.

A monthly arrangement for changes, monitoring, and keeping the system online, for owners who would rather not manage it themselves.

It is not a condition of the handover. Ending it never costs you access to your own system.

You end up with: A support arrangement, only if you want one.

Step one is a conversation, and it is free.

No commitment, no proposal fee. If a system is not worth building for your business, that is what you will be told.

No package prices. Every project is quoted after a free consultation.
